lobby was under construction, breakfast was in a room, it was ok. The staff serve it in to go box, so we have to go back to our rooms to eat it. It was hot and good. The location was perfect, in the center of everything, no need to use the car, just walk and find the attractions we looking for. We would definitely get the same hotel next year. friendly staff. clean rooms. comfy beds. pool and jacuzzi were closed, but it was winter (cold weather), so, did not matter. The best part, the hotel is next to the air tram that go to ski and snow tubing park ((ober mountain) one of the place it we went). we love it

This property is downtown and close to everything. The Staff were exceptional! They were welcoming and really nice . The beds were so comfortable and the view from our balcony was pretty. This is my second stay at this property and I will definitely be back for another stay. There was some remodeling going on but it was not loud and the construction workers were very courteous and respectful to guests.

This hotel is perfect for location and the rooms back up to a creek w balconies overlooking. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast was great! The only issue in one room out of the 3 we booked was there was a musty smell, but the other 2 did not have that. The pool and hit tub were very nice and well maintained! I will definitely book here again!!

Was really pleased with the comfort the room provided, the beds weren't too hard and not too soft, the room was clean and fireplace was a nice touch, even though it's summer we turned it on at night some just for the ambiance it provided. You're within walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and attractions which was nice to not have to drive everywhere. The breakfast was nice to have available to save from having to pay for an extra meal out, our favorite was the waffles!

Location was amazing, and the interior of the room was what we expected at the Hampton Inn. The staff was great. We enjoyed the breakfast before heading out in the morning. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we plan on staying there on our next trip.

The location to attractions and the national park is excellent. The balcony view is great, except for the construction material placed by the stream and pool. The room and bed was comfortable. I'll likely stay there again.

Location was what we were looking for. We liked sitting on our balcony and enjoying little pigeon river. And just steps from our room was the main street of gatlinberg! The staff was exceptional, even loaned us an umbrella!! Pool was relaxing, and again could here the flow of the river, so relaxing. Maintenance was speedy and replaced our microwave within 30 min.

Breakfast was great. Randell is AWESOME, sweetest person ever. Close to everything, we walked to everything except the Trails we drove to hike them.

Breakfast was great, good variety of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was too soft for me, don't know about pillows, I brought my own. If you stay here, take the by-pass around town, to get to the hotel. Much easier.
